Terms of use
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms
These terms apply when a clinic registers for and uses CliniqNow. By registering, the person registering confirms they are allowed to accept these terms for the clinic.
Your account
The clinic is responsible for who it adds as staff, the roles it gives them, and keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
Your data
The clinic owns the records it enters. The clinic is responsible for having the right to record patients’ information and for its accuracy. We look after it as described in our privacy policy, and will export it for the clinic on request.
Clinical decisions
CliniqNow helps record and organise care. It does not give medical advice. Suggestions, default values and AI-written text are there to save time, and must be checked by a qualified professional before they are relied on.
Fair use
Don’t use CliniqNow for anything unlawful, try to access another clinic’s data, interfere with the service, or copy or resell the software.
Price
CliniqNow is free during early access. We may introduce paid plans or change or withdraw free use. We will give clinics reasonable notice before any change that affects what they pay, and they can export their data and leave at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CliniqNow available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses arising from clinical decisions or from how a clinic uses the software.
Ending use
A clinic can stop using CliniqNow at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Either way, we will help the clinic get a copy of its data.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
