Register your clinic

Your clinic gets its own address and sign-in page. It takes about two minutes, it’s free during early access, and you can change everything later in Admin.

Step 1

Type of clinic

Every clinic gets patients, visits, bills, prescriptions and finances. An eye clinic also gets the Eye care module. You can switch modules on or off later in Admin.

Step 2

Clinic name and address

Staff and patients will see the name. The address is where your team signs in.

Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. A short one is easier to type.

Step 3

Logo

Shown in the app and on printed bills and prescriptions.

PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. A square image works best.

Step 4

Sign-in page picture

Shown beside the sign-in form at your clinic's address.

PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB. A photo of your clinic works well.

Step 5

Your account

You'll sign in with this. You can add the rest of your team later.

So CliniqNow can reach you about your account.

At least 8 characters.

Both are printed under your name on prescriptions. You can add them later in Admin.

Optional. Printed on bills and prescriptions.

If your clinic is registered for GST. Printed on bills.
