EMR software
EMR software for doctors and clinics in India
An electronic medical record that follows the visit: case history, vitals, examination, diagnosis and prescription, with every earlier visit, test and report on the patient’s page.

The whole patient on one page
Open a patient and see every visit, newest first, with the diagnosis, medicines and plan from each. Allergies and long-term conditions stay on the patient and show on every visit. Reports, scans and photos are attached to the record.
Earlier visits at the top
The last plans, diagnoses and medicines are in front of the doctor before they start writing.
Copy forward
On a follow-up, copy the case history from the last visit, dated, and add only what changed.
Documents and photos
Upload reports, scans and photos to the patient’s record, as PDF or images.

Notes that write themselves out
Case history, examination and plan start from the usual answers, a tap away, so doctors type only what is different about this patient. Diagnoses come with ICD-10 codes and carry forward to the next visit.
Case history
Chief complaints, history of present illness, past history, current treatment, family history and examination.
Vitals
Blood pressure, pulse, sugar and other readings, with values out of range flagged.
Diagnosis
Searchable diagnoses with ICD-10 codes, and the primary one listed first.
Prescriptions on your letterhead
Medicines from your own list with dose, frequency and duration, tests to do outside, advice and the follow-up date. The prescription prints with your clinic’s name, logo and the doctor’s registration number and qualifications.

Private by design
Every clinic’s records are kept apart, and staff see only what their role allows. Records are stored in India, in Google Cloud’s Mumbai region, encrypted at rest and in transit, and every entry shows who recorded it and when.
Made for
- Doctors in private practice
- Clinics with several consultants
- Eye specialists, with a full eye-care EMR
- Doctors moving from paper case sheets
Questions
What is the difference between EMR and EHR?
An EMR (electronic medical record) is the record a clinic keeps of its own patients’ visits. An EHR (electronic health record) is meant to be shared across hospitals and providers. CliniqNow is an EMR for your clinic, with the whole history of each patient’s visits in one place.
Can I print prescriptions with my registration number?
Yes. Each doctor’s registration number and qualifications print under their name on the prescription, on your clinic’s letterhead.
Can I bring in records from paper or another system?
Yes. Send us your patient list as a spreadsheet and we’ll bring it in, and old reports and prescriptions can be uploaded to each patient’s record.
How much does it cost?
CliniqNow is free during early access, with every module included.
