Start from the prescription
Find a patient by their clinic ID or phone number and copy the glasses prescription the doctor wrote. No retyping, no misread slips.
Advances and balances
Take an advance with the order and the balance at pickup, in cash, UPI or card. Glasses go out only when the order is paid.

Sunglasses, contact lenses and solutions sold over the counter, on the same invoices.
GST invoices under your store’s own name
The store has its own name, logo and GSTIN, separate from the clinic. Prices include GST, and each invoice works out the taxable value, CGST and SGST, numbered by month under your store’s prefix.

Frames, sunglasses, contact lenses and solutions, with stock that goes down as you sell and a warning when something runs low, and reports on what the store has sold.
Separate from the clinic, where it should be
Store staff sign in and see only the store, never patient records. A store admin manages products, labs and reports. The clinic and the store share only what they need: the glasses prescription.

Questions
Can I use the optical store without the eye clinic?
The optical store is part of CliniqNow’s eye care: it works alongside an eye clinic on CliniqNow, so prescriptions pass from the doctor to the counter. It runs under its own name and GSTIN, as a separate business.
Does it print GST invoices?
Yes. Invoices show the taxable value, CGST and SGST worked out from prices that include GST, under your store’s own name, logo and GSTIN.
Can store staff see patient records?
No. Store staff see only the store. They can copy a patient’s glasses prescription into an order, and nothing else from the clinic.
How much does it cost?
