How long does it take to set up?
Most clinics register and see their first patient the same day. A short guide on the home screen walks you through your clinic’s details, your doctors, fees and medicines.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CliniqNow runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Printing works with the printer you already have.
Can you move our old records across?
Yes. Send us your patient list as a spreadsheet and we’ll bring it in. Patients can also have old reports and prescriptions uploaded to their record.
Is it CliniqNow or ClinicNow?
CliniqNow, with a q, at cliniqnow.com. Many people type ClinicNow or Clinic Now, and it’s the same clinic management software.
Will my team need training?
Each screen is laid out the way the visit happens, so most staff are comfortable within a day. We run a walkthrough for your team when you book a demo.
Features
Which specialities does CliniqNow support?
Eye care is ready today. Dental, paediatrics, dermatology, ENT, orthopaedics, general practice and multi-speciality modules are being built. Show your interest on a speciality’s page and we’ll tell you when it’s ready.
How does the AI work?
Doctors dictate during the visit and CliniqNow turns speech into the visit’s notes. After the visit it writes a summary for the record, and one for the patient in plain words. The doctor reviews everything before it is saved.
Can we run our optical shop on CliniqNow?
Yes. Eye clinics can switch on the optical store in Admin. It opens in its own tab under the store’s own name, logo and GSTIN, with orders to the lab, stock, counter sales and GST invoices. Store staff see only the store, and can copy a patient’s glasses prescription from the clinic.
Can we print on our own letterhead?
Yes. Prescriptions, bills and glasses prescriptions print with your clinic’s name, logo, address and doctor details.
Can several doctors and branches use one account?
Several doctors, optometrists and staff can use one clinic, each with their own sign-in. For groups with several branches, talk to us.

How much does it cost?
CliniqNow is free during early access, with every module included. We’ll tell you well in advance before any paid plan starts.
Is there a limit on patients or staff?
Not during early access. Add as many patients, doctors and staff as your clinic has.
Data and security
Where is our data stored?
In India, in Google Cloud’s Mumbai region. It is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Who can see our patients’ records?
Only your clinic’s staff, and only what their role allows. Our team looks at your data only when you ask us for help.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. Your records belong to your clinic. Ask us and we’ll export them for you.
