Eye clinic management software
Eye clinic management software and ophthalmology EMR
CliniqNow runs an eye clinic from the front desk to the optical counter: every eye test recorded once for each eye, glasses prescriptions that fill themselves in, and bills, appointments and surgeries in the same place.

Built around the eye examination
General clinic software treats an eye test as a note. CliniqNow records each test the way an eye clinic does it, separately for the right and left eye, and keeps every earlier result so the doctor sees the change over time.
Vision and refraction
Unaided, pinhole and best-corrected vision, present glasses, retinoscopy, and manifest refraction with PD and near add.
Eye pressure and colour vision
IOP by method, with pachymetry (CCT) correction, and Ishihara plates for each eye.
Slit lamp and fundus
Lids to lens with LOCS III cataract grading, then disc, macula and periphery. The examination starts from normal values, so only findings need typing.
Diagnosis per eye
Right, left or both eyes on every diagnosis, with ICD-10 codes, carried forward to the next visit.

Glasses prescriptions without retyping
The glasses prescription comes straight from today’s refraction and prints in the optician’s format: sphere, cylinder, axis, near add and vision for each eye, with lens type and coatings. Patients take it to any optician, or to your own optical store, which can copy it in one click.

One visit, every person in the clinic
The front desk opens the visit with a token number, the optometrist records refraction and pressure, the doctor examines, diagnoses and prescribes, and the counter takes payment. Today’s queue shows who is waiting for refraction, who is with the doctor and who is ready to leave.
Today’s queue
Patients grouped by what they are waiting for, updated as each step is done.
Tests in the clinic
OCT, A-scan, fields and more, ordered by the doctor, billed at the counter, with the report attached to the visit.
Surgery and OT
Book cataract and other procedures for the right eye, left eye or both, with consent, the safety checklist and operative notes.
Prescriptions on your letterhead
Eye drops with the eye they are for, advice and the follow-up date, printed with your clinic’s name and logo.

An optical store that works with the clinic
Eye clinics can switch on the optical store: a separate shop under its own name, logo and GSTIN, with lab orders, frame and lens stock, advances and balances, and GST invoices. Store staff see only the store, never patient records.

Questions
Is CliniqNow made for eye clinics, or general clinics?
Both, and eye care is the first speciality we built in full. An eye clinic gets refraction, eye pressure, colour vision, slit lamp and fundus examination for each eye, glasses prescriptions, diagnosis per eye and the optical store, on top of everything a general clinic has.
Can the optometrist and the doctor work on the same patient?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own role. The optometrist records vision, refraction and pressure; the doctor sees those results and does the examination, diagnosis and prescription on the same visit.
Does it print glasses prescriptions?
Yes, in the optician’s format, filled in from today’s refraction, on your clinic’s letterhead.
How much does it cost?
CliniqNow is free during early access, with every module included and no limit on patients or staff.
